Placing an Order

All orders need to be placed via email at charlescraftsmail@gmail.com.

With your email, simply state which item youd like to purchase, including the color or any other pertinant information. I will reply with order confirmation and the payment information. Once payment is received, I will begin processing your order and send you another email with order confirmation shipping information.

Feel free to email with questions, requests or anthing like that. There's no obligation to buy and I want to provide both an excelent product and service to everyone.

Payment

I currently accept payment directly via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.

Prices listed on the website include all applicable taxes and shipping costs. I typically do not charge extra for any special requests, such as color or small chages, If I'm able to accommodate.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–4 business days. Special requests may require additional time depending on current order volume. When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS with standard delivery times. International shipping is available upon request. I take care to package every item securely to ensure it arrives safely.
